Loved the idea of RoI, Deb. In the knowledge era, it’s important to identify minimum-effort-maximum-output tasks and execute them. As you said, it makes us identify actions that will move the needle forward.

I’m also a follower of Richard Buckminster Fuller’s concept of prototyping. Fuller would make models of his ideas. If they proved feasible, he would create working prototypes of them. Now his ideas were no longer speculation, but reality. He would present these artifacts to the public and gauge their response and decide which ones to pursue.
